In addition to offering Sunday School Church in the Hills hosts Vacation Bible School.  We are blessed at our church to have many talented artists in our congregation – former art teachers, musicians, singers, potters, painters, sewers, actresses, etc.  What better way to use that talent than to host Arts Camp?

Summer Arts Camp

Our Vacation Bible School takes its form in Art!  We use music and song, visual art and media, drama and storytelling, and moving and game-playing to enter into Bible study around an established theme.  Rising 1st graders through 8th graders are invited to attend.  The camp is held Monday – Friday for half a day and concludes with an Arts Camp Offering on Sunday including songs, skits, plays, readings and art from the week at camp!  It is one of the highlights of the year for our congregation and will be sure to bring you JOY seeing young campers praise and worship our God!
