We are located at 6401 Shanty Creek Road in Bellaire, Michigan.

Our Sunday services are at 10:00 AM, with special services around church festivals.

What can I expect when I visit Church in the Hills?

We are a welcoming Church. Our congregation family consists of people with a variety of backgrounds, occupations, and interests.  We are very active in the community.

We practice traditional worship reflecting both Christian history and contemporary practice. Scripture, sermon, hymns, prayers, and an anthem by the choir or Third Sunday, our praise band are all part of the worship experience.

Church in the Hills is a child-friendly congregation. Children come into the sanctuary with their families for the beginning of worship and a children’s lesson, and then most leave for Sunday School. There are children’s activity packets provided near the sanctuary entrance, and a cry room is also available.

After the worship services there is fellowship time offering coffee, tea and treats.

You will see many styles of attire in our worship service: “Business casual” is typical; some will be dressed more formally; others may be wearing jeans or shorts (or even ski pants!).
